Cooking Nigiri Sushi Recipe:
1.Create The Base
Wet your hands and create a ball of sticky rice just a bit larger than your thumb. Shape it into an rounded rectangle with a flat bottom.
2. Cut The Fish
Cut a piece of either salmon or tuna (or another type of fish if you want) into a square about 1/2 inch thick, 2 inches long, and 1 inch wide.
3. Now place a pea sized bit of wasabi on the middle of the fish and spread it around (you don't need the wasabi if you don't like you sushi spicy). Place the fish onto your rectangle of rice!
